Before a film opens, the tracker makes an early call from its budget and forecasts. That call is locked in on opening day, and when the run ends it's graded against the final verdict.

The score

Money call right

Made money, broke even or lost money: did we pick the right one?

Exact verdict

Same stamp, e.g. we said flop and it flopped (not bombed).

Calls locked in, waiting for the run to end. 35 more coming soon.

No finished runs to grade yet. Early calls started with films opening on or after Oct 29, 2026, and the first grades come in as those runs end.

Still running

Not graded until the run ends. "So far" compares the call with today's verdict.

How grading works

A call is right when it lands in the same money group as the final verdict: made money (hit or smash), broke even (on the bubble) or lost money (flop or bomb). Calling a flop that ends up a bomb still counts as right; the exact-verdict score is the tougher test. Only finished runs count, and only films whose call was shown on the site before they opened.
